Having a multi-day flare and I've burned through everything on my list. I need shows that don't require too much brain power (fog is BAD right now) but aren't completely mindless. Something warm and comforting would be ideal. What's getting you through your couch days lately?

The Great British Bake Off. Always. It's gentle, nobody's mean, and you can zone out for 10 minutes and still follow what's happening. Also Somebody Feed Phil — it's a travel food show where the host is just genuinely delighted by everything. Very soothing.

If you haven't watched Abbott Elementary yet, do it. It's funny and heartwarming and the episodes are short so if you fall asleep mid-episode you don't lose much plot.

Nature documentaries. Specifically the ones narrated by David Attenborough. Zero brain power required and it feels like being gently educated while lying down.

Ghosts (the BBC version). It's absurd and sweet and I've rewatched it like four times during flares. Hope you feel better soon Sam.
