What do you watch when you're stuck in bed?

rachh
im in the middle of a flare and ive run out of shows. i need something good to watch that doesn't require a lot of brain power because my fog is BAD right now. ive already watched: - all of schitts creek (twice) - the good place - ted lasso - abbott elementary - great british bake off (all seasons) give me your comfort shows please. bonus points if they have short episodes because my attention span is approximately 3 minutes right now

ghosts. both the uk and us versions. short episodes, funny, zero brain power required. perfect flare show.

- heartstopper on netflix. its sweet and gentle and will NOT stress you out - the floor is lava (completely braindead reality tv and i love it) - queer eye. will make you feel feelings but in a good way - any nature documentary narrated by david attenborough. his voice is basically a sedative

ive watched all of new girl like 4 times during flares. its my emotional support sitcom

i know this wasnt the question but podcasts. when my migraine is so bad i cant look at a screen, podcasts save me. no lights, no visual processing. my eyes can rest while my brain is still occupied. maintenance phase and my brother my brother and me are my go-tos

great pottery throwdown. its like great british bake off but pottery. equally soothing. equally low-stakes. and the host cries at beautiful pottery which is honestly relatable also: somebody feed phil. travel food show thats just... warm and pleasant and requires zero brain cells

the great british bake off for the 500th time because familiar shows are the best flare shows. i dont have to follow a plot. i already know what happens. i can close my eyes for 10 min and not be lost when i open them again. comfort rewatches > new shows during flares
